Grass Fed Beef Bulk Orders

Please purchase the Bulk Beef Deposit to reserve your Quarter or Half Grass Fed and Grass Finished. The remainder due will be invoiced prior to pick up/delivery.
The beef is taken to a family owned, New Mexico USDA butcher, is hung to dry age for 14 to 21 days and then available for free pick up at our farm, local delivery for $10 and sometimes out of state delivery for an additional charge.
Price includes USDA processing and clear, vacuum wrapping.

A Quarter Beef Share averaging 100 pounds of packaged/take home beef including our most popular cuts of Steaks, Ground Beef, Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs and more. Hung to dry age for 14-21 days, USDA processed and vacuumed wrapped. **Please note Ground Beef will be 1 pound packages.
Also included, and in addition to the standard beef cuts, are several pounds of USDA processed Beef Bones and Offal.
$150 deposit required to order, with the balance due before pick up.
